The Great Place to Work Seal (GPTW) is a global consultancy that supports organizations to achieve better results through a culture of trust, performance, and innovation. In addition to being responsible for certifying and recognizing the best work environments in 97 countries worldwide. This year, the study is in its 27th edition, and more than 5 thousand companies participated, representing more than 2 million employees. In 2023, 150 companies were certified, including INFLOR – which, for the 4th consecutive year, received the seal of Great Place to Work.

What are the criteria for the GPTW Seal?

According to the organization, a Great Place To Work seal is granted to companies with a culture in which people trust their leadership, enjoy the people they work with, and are proud of what they do. In this scenario, the organization defined five dimensions that make up the culture of trust; they are:

How important is the GPTW Seal to INFLOR?
